DELIVERY TIME
We ship within 2 - 6 working days
2 - 3 days: Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg
3 - 4 days: Denmark, Germany, France
4 - 5 days: Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Tsjech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland
5 - 6 days: Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Serbia, Estonia, Latvia, Romania
DELIVERY COSTS
Deliveries through Europe are FREE when your purchase amount exceeds 50 euro.
These are the exceptions:
- not valid on special editions or offers
- If you live on an island or a remote area, we have to charge you the additional island/ remote area surtax. This can be up to 27.50 euros. We will inform you about these extra charges before we send your order.
- We ship orders to Non-EU countries like Switzerland, Serbia & Norway according to the incoterm Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the export document costs are billed to you once the package reaches your country. We cannot foresee the additional charges. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.
- Because of Brexit it is not possible to ship to the UK.

Our warehouse is located in The Netherlands. We ship our orders with our logistics partners GLS and DHL
You will receive a Track & Trace as soon as we have shipped your order and have enough time to reconsider your purchase with our 30-day return policy

NOT AT HOME
When you are not at home at the date of delivery, GLS will try to deliver it to one of your neighbors.
If your neighbors decline the delivery, the package will be send to a GLS depot. In this case, GLS offers 3 options:
- Another delivery day at the same delivery address
- You can pick up the package yourself at the GLS depot within 5 days. GLS will inform you about the closest depot.
- You can refuse the package. It will be send back to us. In this case, we have to charge you the additional shipping costs.
