Rückgabe- / Erstattungsrichtlinie

RÜCKGABEN
Wenn das Produkt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht, können Sie es innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Kaufdatum zurückgeben. Die Rückgabe wird nur akzeptiert, wenn das Produkt unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in der Originalverpackung inklusive aller Zubehörteile erfolgt. Dazu gehören u. a.:

  • Bedienungsanleitung

  • Netzadapter

  • Kabel

  • 45”-Adapter

  • Slipmat

Selbstständige Rückgabe über Kundenkonto:

  1. Loggen Sie sich in Ihr Kundenkonto ein:

    • Geben Sie Ihre E-Mail-Adresse ein und klicken Sie auf „Weiter“

    • Öffnen Sie die E-Mail aus unserem Shop und kopieren Sie den 6-stelligen Verifizierungscode

    • Geben Sie diesen Code im Online-Shop ein

  2. Wählen Sie die Bestellung aus, für die Sie eine Rückgabe einleiten möchten

  3. Wählen Sie den/die Artikel aus, die Sie zurückgeben möchten

  4. Geben Sie den Rückgabegrund an und fügen Sie optional eine Notiz hinzu

  5. Klicken Sie auf „Rückgabe anfragen“

Wenn die Rückgabe genehmigt wird, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit Versandanweisungen und einem Rücksendeetikett. Nach Eingang und Prüfung des Produkts wird der Betrag erstattet.

Unser Serviceteam sendet Ihnen eine Bestätigung mit einer RMA-Nummer. Verpacken Sie das Produkt sorgfältig, schreiben Sie die RMA-Nummer außen auf das Paket und senden Sie es an:
